It is made exclusively with olive oil, which is at the core of the Mediterranean diet and is the main fat element of our daily diet. Unlike most spreads on the market, PALLADA SPREAD does not contain any other vegetable oil. No seed oils or fat blends are used; only olive oil.
The olive oil we use is Cretan, of our own production, coming from the PALLADA PROJECT network of olive growers, with full control at every stage – from the olive grove to the final product. In this way, the beneficial properties of olive oil, such as its high content of monounsaturated fats and its contribution to a balanced diet, are preserved to the maximum extent.
