Pallada Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from our olive groves in Akrotiri, Chania, exclusively from the fruit of the Koroneiki variety, which has been recognized by the International Olive Council as a world heritage variety. More specifically, the olives are carefully harvested and transported from the field to the oil mill in plastic boxes and linen bags, placed in a way that prevents stacking and at the same time ensures adequate ventilation. Then, the oil extraction takes place within a few hours of harvest, with cold pressing and controlled processes, ensuring the quality and natural characteristics of the olive oil. The result is an extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, with high nutritional value, rich in polyphenols, antioxidants and nutrients. It is used daily both in cooking and in serving dishes. Available in a large family package of 5 liters.
