About us

In 1980, the Papadomanolakis company was founded in Chania, Crete, with the initial goal of producing and trading extra virgin olive oil.

It is a continuously evolving family business, now operating as “Pallada Project E.E.”, specializing in the production and packaging of olive oil and olive oil-based condiments.

Since 2012, the company has focused on developing single-serve condiments based on its own extra virgin olive oil, a goal successfully achieved, with Pallada portion products now recognized both in the Greek and international markets.
