Pallada Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a certified Greek product of the highest category. It is produced from olive groves in Akrotiri, Chania, exclusively from organically grown fruit of the Koroneiki variety, which has been recognized by the International Olive Council as a world heritage variety.
Specifically, the fruit is carefully harvested and transported from the field to the oil mill in plastic boxes and linen bags, placed so that they are not stacked and are adequately ventilated. Then, the production of the olive oil takes place within a few hours of harvest, with cold pressing and strict specifications, ensuring its superior nutritional value.
It is an organic extra virgin olive oil rich in polyphenols, antioxidants and nutrients. It can be used daily both in cooking and in simpler meals, such as salads and sauces, where the quality of the oil makes the difference.
